For 2022, the Board of Directors is proposing a dividend amounting to CHF 14.00 per share for approval at the Annual General Meeting. If the dividend proposal is approved by the shareholders, the dividend payment on the shares will amount to CHF 1,675 million (2021: CHF 1,186 million) resulting in a payout ratio of 63.4 per cent (2021: 58.4 per cent) of the earnings for the year attributable to the equity holders of the Company. Based on the share price at year-end 2022, the dividend yield on the Kuehne+Nagel share is 4.6 per cent (2021: 1.5 per cent).
